Dwarf Sour Cherries
Unique Flavor Profile
Dwarf sour cherries are known for their tart or sour taste, often described as having a “sour kick”. However, they also have a balance of sweetness due to naturally occurring sugars, similar to a sour candy. Some varieties, like “Romeo” and “Juliet,” are even considered sweeter than others, making them suitable for fresh eating, baking, and preserving.
