The mission of the Montana Berry Growers Association is to advance the Montana berry industry while cultivating the success of berry growers and related agribusinesses. MTBGA will promote Montana berries and create consumer awareness; provide educational opportunities for berry growers; explore opportunities in producing, marketing, and securing funding and unite berry growers as well as related agribusinesses.

Montana Department of Agriculture interviews MTBGA Board Member Catherine McNeil about Apple Bar Orchard, her family-owned-and-operated orchard that grows juicy honeyberries (or haskaps), dwarf sour cherries, currants, aronias, saskatoons (or serviceberries), apples, and pears. Her fruit is sold fresh or frozen to local farmers markets and consumers.
